1. The service
Valiant is a free online game currently in open alpha. That means bugs, balance changes, downtime, and occasionally re-rolled item stats are part of the deal. We don't plan progression wipes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that any feature stays as it is.
2. Your account
One person per account; you're responsible for what happens on yours. You must be 13 or older. Don't share, sell, or trade accounts. Multiple characters are a feature; multiple accounts to evade limits or manipulate the economy are not.
3. Conduct
Don't harass other players, spam, or post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal in chat, guild pages, names, or anywhere else. Don't exploit bugs (report them — we reward that), automate gameplay with bots or scripts, attack the service, or interfere with other players' data. We may warn, mute, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules, including removing ill-gotten items or currency.
4. Virtual goods
Gold, diamonds, items, and everything else inside Valiant are licensed game content, not property — they have no real-world monetary value and can't be sold for real money. Optional purchases (when available) are final except where law requires otherwise; purchased convenience items (character slots, stash tabs) persist with your account. Real-money trading of accounts or game goods is prohibited.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of text you write (chat, guild descriptions) and grant us a license to display it in and around the game. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Our content
The game, its art, lore, names, and systems belong to Valiant. Streaming, videos, screenshots, fan wikis, and fan art are welcome and encouraged — including monetized videos.
7. Warranty & liability
Valiant is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (for most alpha players: zero).
8. Changes & contact
